VEGAN SUPERPOWERS

When you're vegan, one of the main things you'll hear (other than "WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PROTEIN/IRON/CALCIUM FROM?" as if fruit, vegetables, nuts etc are utterly without nutrition) is "...well, what do you eat then?"

...Well, I eat food, mostly. Vegans pretty much eat the same things as non-vegans do, but simply either omitting animal products or substituting them. Seriously, substituting is pretty much a winning strategy to eating a vegan diet, and it really isn't hard once you get used to it!

So, this little blog is gonna be my online cookbook where I put my honed and tweaked recipes up. I'm a Melbournian, so a few nice restaurants might also get a mention, as well as grocery stores.

Hopefully some internet-goers can get some straightforward delicious AND nutritious meal ideas from here. Happy eating, friends!
