INDIGO SOUR COCKTAIL

2 oz empress gin
3/4 oz st germain
1 1/4 oz lime juice
1 oz fresh aquafaba
1/2 oz butterfly pea simple syrup
1/4 oz black cherry syrup

dry shake all together for 10 secs
add ice and shake vigorously for 20 secs
long pour back and forth filtering out ice
top with blue spirulina icing sugar and edible flowers
