VEGAN OVERNIGHT BLUEBERRY CHIA OATS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic rolled oats
1 cup high protein soy milk
1 cup unsweetened soy yoghurt (greek style if possible)
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp vegan protein powder
2 tbsp allulose syrup
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all in a large glass tupperware container
2. Store in refrigerator overnight
Per single serving (1/4 of the batch):
Calories: ~250–270
Protein: ~14–16g (varies by soy yogurt & milk brands)
Carbs: ~32–35g
Fat: ~7–8g
