BLISS BALL RECIPE


*1 tbsp coconut oil (only if short term soaked the dates)

2 tbsp nut butter (almond/peanut/macadamia etc.)

7-8 medjool dates (soaked)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract/paste

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

pinch of flakey salt



1. Soak dates for at least an hour - 6 hours ideal, overnight also works.

2. Put everything into a food processor and blend until combined. Add water slowly if not coming together.

3. Once the mixture is just coming together, stop blending.

4. Take a heaped tablespoon amount, roll into a ball, and coat in shredded coconut.

5. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge!
